Wow, I hope that was sarcasm, if it wasn't, I am totally unimpressed.

He has a fair point:
-he may already have them
-it may not cater to his liking (this is a fetish forum, obviously not one size fits all)
-it could be spam, or illegal where they live, the files are labeled 4.wmv, from 1 to 25 (or so) so you really have no idea what you're downloading, no comments, no labels or explanation, so that isn't exactly reassuring...
-.wmv's can also contain Trojans (not the condom).

I know I must sound like a total over-reacting douche right now, but seriously, you make fun of the guy where there are countless very obvious reasons for him to say what he said. Then you choose to insult him instead of giving any useful feedback about the files, get back to your pec-deck friend.
