Several years ago Katie Holmes hosted Saturday Night Live and was in a sketch where she ballbusted Will Ferrell. She grabbed him a number of times and finished it off with a kick. Unfortunately, I don't have any video of this, but I recall it was quite real looking, especially for network TV.

That was a classic. She seemed to be having a blast with it too. Somebody has got to have that video, come on guys!

Waow, i think i've only been kicked with shoes like that once in my life, it was awesome! I hit the ground like a tonne of bricks!
