If he were kicked in the groin hard enough to require surgery, one would expect he would have fallen to the floor -- or at least been disabled -- rather than being able to tackle her soon thereafter.

The first one didn't look like it connected which is lucky for him cause that was by far the hardest. maybe the second or 3rd ones got him? they were harder to see
