The gorgeous Domina Nyx is a black belt and trained competitive fighter in such styles as combat Tai Chi Chaun, Kenpo, Jiu Jitsu, and classic phillipino knife fighting. Her close friend, Jade Indica, is an athletic enthusiast, fast and skilled. But to gain the honor of their presence, you must stand stark naked in front of them and be a human punching bag upon which time the girls take turns throwing viciously Intense face Punches, body blows and lethal ball kicks ultimately beating you down to the floor. As they also are the creators of this film intended to educate, they take turns holding the camera, and the one filming is often heard laughing upon seeing the other deliver a particularly brut@l hard kick into your balls. And when a surprise punch combo with a very hard kick in your balls drops you to the floor, there is no mercy - instead they following you as you drop with rapid combination punches to your face, then jump on you and continue to punch your eyes, nose and mouth victoriously beating another man making him cry in humiliation.
Making it all worse is that you must wear a plastic bag over your head preventing you from ever seeing or knowing where the next punch or kick will land. Your sole role is to provide your exposed body and naked balls to whatever it is they want to unleash - all to provide them a good physical fitness workout. Knowing that you will never be in their league or have anymore contact than this, you are glad that your sole reward is providing them the added enjoyment of punching your face and stomach and kicking you in your naked testicles as hard as they can as opposed to doing the same to a real punching bag, because in the end, you are no more than a pair of balls for them to target for fitness training and to practice destroying men.
