The 2nd one is Great Teacher Onizuka

The 5th one was Hunter X Hunter. (I was going to look for that clip and post it, but now I don't have anything to post :( ). Probably most out of context random domination moment in an anime I have come across.

Personally I don't know any other anime busts but there is one in a manga called "Yankee-kun to megane-chan", I've already saw it in the forum but I don't know where.

One bust I found that's missing from the list is from Mezzo DSA episode 1. It's 1:20 into it (Not a bad way to start, if I do say so myself) and it's preceded by a fairly well-animated fight scene.
