You may not know this term but you have certainly seen it in action. It means vibrating crotch or electric crotch and it's done by placing a foot on the victims crotch and rubbing quickly and hard while pulling on their legs or it can be a pumping motion with the foot on the crotch.
I have had it done to me many times (the first was in high school when a Japnese exchange student introduced me to it!) and believe me it is an instant hard on!
