Get a PS3. It's a brilliant game that should be played by everyone who likes games, great stories, or film noir. Creepy as hell, and your actions throughout the game have a lot of effect on the story and how it all turns out, including who lives and who doesn't.

Plus, an awesome interactive ballbusting scene lol.

[Snakelinux]

This game has the best storyline in gaming history. It also has some amazing twists. There is a ballbusting scene, which I think is unavoidable, a sex scene, and a topless scene. Of course it depends on what decisions you make that determine the scenes. There are 21 different ending scenes if I remember correctly. The ballbusting scene is in the middle towards the end a little bit.
