Looking for a story

In the story I think it was a younger sister being bullied by a boy so her brotherdecided to teach her how best to defend herself, busting balls… but when hetried to end the 'lesson' it naturally it went further then he wanted and inthe end the mother comes home and catches them and said something like 'itsabout time'.

I am not familiar with that story, but it sounds great. Hopefully someone has it and can post. Sounds like something Caligula would have written.
