Hi skweezme,

The main clue is that the maker of this video was a fellow forumite who told us several years ago how he made the video. No actual balls were harmed, but two cherry tomatoes were not quite the same afterwards. :D Fake though it actually is, the world wide web has made it a notorious video of torture. :D
