how much time balls can be tightly tied before permanent damage occour? there's a scientific response for that?
usually i tie my balls up to 1 hour, but i want to try to keep them tied more time. what do you think?

I think there are different levels of "permanent damage", but i don't know how these levels impact on the testicles.
Before testicles and tissue die completely i think them must be tied for like 10-12 hours. And then they need to be cutted off for safety reasons.
But if I leave them about 1 hour or 2 hours...what happens?
What are the consequences of the middle levels of damage? It's an interesting question, but i think we need a doctor to answer us.

You are correct that it is 10-12 hours for permanent necrosis to set in. Some medical sources say 6-8 hours for permanent damage in testicle torsion (essentially the same thing cutting off the blood supply). But there is no set amount of time for it to be safe. Necrosis could happen earlier depending on your own physiology. I really wouldn't go more than an hour, as the damage is irreversible and can spread.
