Oh yeah, she does look a little inebriated in the mugshot. But think about the drinking games you could play with her (think of the one in the bottom pic).

I'm not too sure if I think they are the same person in those pics. Like it was said she looks like a dirty drug addict in one but then supposedly some gorgeous girl on the bottom... I mean it's possible seeing as Lindsey Lohan can look like a dirty dude but then come out in playboy and look like that. Either way I have low standards and am down for either pic.
