View Full Version : Does arousal make your balls ache?

I sometimes find certain kinds of sexual stimulus make my testicles throb and ache even more than they lead to my penis being engorged with blood. I take this as a good sign in the sense that I find aching balls to be a truer indication of horniness than a hard-on.

For me, certain women will cause this more than others. E.g. Jewel de Nyle is the kind of slut which causes me to feel my heartbeat in my nuts. That is an extreme example, and I don't find this occurs with porn stars or virtual women only. I wonder if for men, knowing "the one" is more of something you feel deep down, and I mean in your nads.

Am I alone in this, or is this a more widespread phenomenon?

Aroused without a hard-on? Sometimes :)

While I sense hardly aching I for sure feel a kind of throbbing or pressure when confronted with certain women. A while ago I had a downblouse view of a well endowed female workmate lasting for about two minutes. No erection but I felt my balls somehow press and had serious difficulty keeping my mind on continuing the work :o .

No, I don't mean aroused without a hard on. I mean that in some cases of extra arousal, the balls bear witness to the extreme level of horniness.

I feel a lot of pressure in my balls when I haven't gotten off in a long time, but have been aroused frequently. Through tease and denial, pretty much. Pretty much only cum when she lets me. Right now I've gone about 3 days, but been aroused quite a bit and there is a dull ache there.

The testicles do swell with arousal in addition to penile swelling. Prolonged swelling of this nature is what we commonly refer to as blue balls. As any of us who have been blue balled (intentionally or not) know, the arousal is severe and tends to exacerbat the situation unless any stimulus is removed.

It's quite a real medical phenomenon called vascocongestion, though most art in this genre overblows it by a lot. Like all medical phenomena some people are going to experience it more and some less. I never felt it at all in a casual dating scenario as some guys apparently have. It took a girl with an explicit love of orgasm control to introduce me to it a few years ago.

I've never had blue balls. I guess I don't have the patience to get them.

When you get blue balls, what does it feel like to be ball busted when you have them? Do you get a more intense 'hurt so good feeling' or does it just hurt more?

Well it depends somewhat on method. Many people prefer to induce blue balls by artificial constriction (ie banding). But for that true blue ball feeling, you have to have a girl tease the crap out of you.

My girlfriend at the time preferred to tease me for a good half hour or so, then bust me til I went limp. The first few times it's not so bad, like most busting you get that pain, but then the endorphins kick in because your body wants to continue the sex act. it feels really awesome, right up until that next bust. They progressvely get worse as your endorphins get used up. Well at least if your girl decides that two to four hour sessions should be the norm.

The thing about blue-ball busting is that it doesn't hurt as much at the time, but your balls will ache for days and days if the swelling combined from arousal and beating never gets a chance to really go down. It's really more about creating a prolonged ache then a sudden burst of pain I guess I should say.
