Working on a 3D one with Unity. But takes time to make correct 3D models and animation.
Have to be very patient ;)
PS : If you have original ideas about different kinds of gameplay i'm interested by pm, also any knowledge in texturing, mod or animation under 3ds max are welcome.

A few basics id love to see would be things like being able to dress the girl, and control her to kcik in the balls, in various set pieces maybe - like tied to a cross, chains, on all fours, kneeling, standing etc. Have a pain meter or something. Have different types of kicks/knees, different shoes,or barefeet etc.
Possibilities are endless!

Atm just finished the girl modelisation, and imported it succesfully in unity.
I'm trying differents graphics ( cel shading / textured ) this week.
For the look customization, it's better easy to handle with pro version ( which i plan to buy later... ).
For now, i'm working on kind of tests where you control a girl at the 3rd person and can kick some boys around.
Maybe shorts fights turn by turn like FF ( which is simple to code ).
Will be very simple at first ( kind of tests on the basics ), features will come over time. I can't wait myself :wooow

The premise of the game could be to deliver a certain amount of pain every turn. There could be as many as 50 turns, 100 turns and 150 turns, for instance. The closer you are the higher your score.
For every turn you get to choose how you want to hit the balls. But doing the same thing over and over results in loss of points.
The type of method determines how much pain you've dealt. Punching balls < holding them and then punching, for instance. :wooow
-So Turn 1, 50/100 pain
-I pick a method, one from either soft, medium, hard. To get 50 I must either hit very hard using a soft method, hit normally on a medium or softly using a hard method. <- This is the basic idea. Of course, every technique could have it's own unique range of pain.
-For every hit, a meter gets going (like you have in your flash game). You have to click at the right time to deliver the right amount of pain.
-Repeat until you run out of turns.
Now you can either put this part in only code or animate it as well:
When you land a perfect score on a turn then you also stimulate the penis, rub, stroke it, etc.
Several "perfect hits" results in ejaculation, which gives you a number of (say 3-5) bonus/extra hits/turns during and after the period of ejaculation. (giving you a bonus on your overall high score)
It is possible to make the man ejaculate several times during the same game.
Um... that's about all I can think of right now.
You could have a freestyle mode where you can do whatever you want. And a ********** mode where, you want to deal most amount of pain while at the same time using different methods to maintain the highest score. :cryingblu

Kelsey, did anything ever come of your work on a 3d game?
I'm a fairly experienced C#/C++/Java programmer myself, although I don't have much experience with 3d graphics, and I'm interested in how it turned out.
I would personally like to make a game like The Ballbusting League (Which sadly went offline) except in C++ or Java, which would run locally so there's no way it could ever go offline. I've tossed around a few idea, but so far I haven't really done any work on it.
