In Hudson Hawk, Bruce Willis got his balls bitten by a dog when tied to a chair, lol.

Edit: there was a short BB shot in Thursday when the hero is tied to a chair and the crazy chick steps on his nuts. Later she has "the ride of her life" on him while he's still tied down. I think it was interrogation and domination but it's been forever since I saw it. Another neat movie that never went anywhere.
