I use a firefox add-on that blocks the advertisement request from his links, this way he can't make money out of my clicks. And I don't have to look at his advertisement and I still can visit the actual link.

If I post a direct link under his posts immediately, nobody will click his advertisement links any more and he can stop being a spam-whore.
