Help with ball bondage

Can someone please tell me how to achieve the mickey mouse tie its been driving me "nuts" lol trying to figure it out.

I have never been tied up according to the attached picture, but it looks like the penis is ****** downward, then the testicles are pulled up, one on each side of the penis and then a cord is tied around the whole package. Once this base is done, each testicle is figure eighted. By figure 8, I mean the cord is wrapped around one testicle, and then the other to get as much separation as possible. Any domme experienced in genital bondage should be able to do this. I hope that helped...;)

I suggest warming and carefully stretching your scrotum first, taking pains not to cause Chinese-burn type damage.

I’ve experienced this position, with my balls pressed together, but not bound like this.

It certainly looks difficult to tie without a second pair of hands.

A countertop may help. Lean onto a countertop so you're pushing onto the edge with your balls on each side of the penis to start.

From there, you can put a cord around the base of your penis/scrotum then tie around the scrotum base isolating each testicle into its own part of the scrotal sac. Once the two testicles are tied separately, you can move away from the counter and proceed to get another cord (or what's left of the cord you're using) to tie the testicles closer together above the shaft of the penis.;)
