This is probable the worst ball busting that there is. Open a guy's legs and tie them wide open so that is manhood is just hanging free. Then he won't be able to close his legs or protect his balls in any way. The kick can hit him without hitting the inside of his leg straight on the sack...ouch.

i've been busted in a method similar to this a few times.

I was stood upright, arms chained to the top corners of, and legs chained to the bottom corners leaving me wide open for kicks. the only way i could even attempt to defend my self was to pivot my pelvis from side to side which didnt really help at all.

When i was a young kid, my parents used to take me to watch a lot of Kung Fu movies produced by the Shaw Brothers. The movies were terribly dubbed over with British accented voices but were entertaining. The movies were filled with a ton of ball busting scenes with guys tied up spread-eagled and kicked to pieces.
