Pay Vs. Free

I was just curious...I like this forum but it upsets me a little bit when I see so many vids that I PAID for and now they're available here.
I don't know about the site/clip owners but have you seen a drastic drop off in your memberships? I used to cycle around from site to site but when almost everything is available here why pay for memberships or even clips?
I'm not sure about the rules but if I have the time I will look through them.
Even the femaledom.com website...if most of the clips are posted here why join for pay membership? I used to be a member couple of times actually...the reason i haven't been anymore it's because it's always the same 2-3 guys taking the beating while remaining as supermen!
My favourite girl of all time is Shania from this website. I still check out her clips (when I was a member) from time to time. I guess she's gone. She was awesome!

Some positives? Maybe you got to see them before the rest of us. And maybe the free/shared vids help promote pay-for sites. I've bought clips before and ended up deleting many in various clear-outs. So I appreciate this aspect of the forum.

Once they've made a reasonable amount though, it can pay off more to release that content for free and use it to lure new business. Of course it's not simple to make those decisions and they often end up releasing too much or too little. In any case there is always a natural degredation to material of any kind on the web because no matter how hard you fight it, it gets distributed without your consent eventually.

Think of it this way. You pay to go see a movie in a theatre. Eventually it comes out for much less on DVD. Then it's available on Netflix or on TV for next to nothing or the horrible cost of watching a few ads. The rate at which this happens depends on how popular the movie is. It may get a second run in Theatres, it may go straight to the bargain DVD bin. Porn is no different.

Actually DVDS cost a lot more than one movie ticket but you get multiple viewings with owning it on your own. Netflix, Hulu and cable pays the producer to show it on their service and their users pay them. Even Broadcast tv pays the producers but they usually wait until the movie is 3-8 years old before they start making the deals so they could get it at baring price. What happens in porn is one person buys it (if the producer is lucky) and then distributes it for free. Without the producer consent. So instead of 500 customers they only get 20 customers with 500 people+ viewing the work.

Don't get me wrong i steal too. But on obscure porn like ball busting i pay because its just not as common as the other stuff. And i want to encourage its development. Especially the butcher testicles destruction videos.
