Times are getting harder for the slave now. With his balls hemmed in humbler he must pull the Mistress sitting or standing on a cart. And she "supports" him by whipping his back (and accidentally or intentionally?) the balls. Then she turns the whole thing around and give him a racy ride on the cart. A very ruthless and dangerous thing to do regarding that the leash is still tied on the balls and cart. He get only a "rest" when she stops to whip the balls.
