Hello, I am wondering if anyone knows how is the best way to start a site? Ive been interesting in doing this for some time now and i am wondering if anyone can give me some tips and answer a few questions. For example, what is the best way to advertise for female models? I am not looking to shoot with dominatrix. And how much do female models expect in average? I hope to start soon..also do these sites normally pay for themselves? I hope someone can give a little insight.

2) Hire location
3) Hire models
4) Arrange models to turn up at location. (Good luck on getting guys to show up)
5) Purchase domain name
6) Hire Server / Hosting plan
7) Acquire a billing company to process sales.
8) Edit previously filmed content
9) Upload content to server
10) Create content pages to deliver the movies / photo's.
11) Market your content to let people know of your new product.
12) Be on standby for customer support for guys that have forgot their password or just can't input it correctly.
13) Plan your next shoots.
14) Deal with fraudulent transactions. Usually Russians purchasing a membership with a stolen credit card to upload content to forums.
15) Watch all the content you have put all your hard work and money into get posted on this and another 100 forums, tubes, etc..
16) Send out DMCA or equivalent notices to offending sites freely distributing your content.
17) Watch users of forums claim that everyone has the right to download all your hard work for free and then suggest that you are some kind of Nazi for policing forums to get your content taken down!
18) Hopefully have enough money at the end of the month to pay the hosting bills, CMS bills, affiliate software bills and production costs for your next shoot!
19) Etc...

Seriously though it never occured that producing porn could be such a ballache (no pun intended). I guess everyone wants something for free, though it should be said that you always get what you pay for and the free stuff is usually shit quality.
Can't believe you find it hard to get male volunteers considering the girls that work at KK though.

Cheers Jedi, I appreciate you giving it to me straight like that..it does sound like hard work. So what made you get into it? Did you jump in at the deep end or did you make homemade stuff first? Ive always thought it would be raelly diffficult to find women to participate..how do you find the women? Is £100 a shoot about fair? Even though it sounds like a lot of hard work and frustrating it might all be worth it for ballbusting haha.

Though I have no experience in producing ballbusting, I DO have experience in watching it :-) Here are my thoughts.

If you want to do it the professional way, Jedi's guide to Producing BB 4 dummies seems to be accurate. However, how about doing it amateur style?

I mean, let's face it. If you have ever seen a guy being kicked or kneed in the balls, you know that all it takes is one blow. After that, he's down and out for quite some time. This means that all professional produced material is based on illusion. Naturally, of course, since you wouldn't be able to find models easily, but still. If you look closely, you'll see that most kicks don't actually hit the balls full on. It's a not that well camouflaged illusion. And when they do, the model is probabaly a gut with prostatics in his sack. That way he can easily take dozens of kicks. But what a dumb show to watch...

Thats why I find genuine clips far more arrousing. Especially ball squeezing clips. Of course they never take it to the point of the guy fainting by lack of oxygen, but still. It's the genuine panic reaction that counts.

Now if you search the net, you'll find women who want to bust balls for free (because the get an awsome feeling out of it) or for a small fee. And many guys that at least SAY the want to be busted. maybe some of them can be persuaded to do it on cam. You'd probably have to keep their faces off cam or maybe have them wearing a mask. As a viewer, both is fine with me. As long as the ball busting is real or at least appears to be.

This amatuer style also makes it possible to use an average videocamera, average lighting and an average cameraman. Probably a fixed camerapoint would do.

You could try and gather some material first, before you make all the other arrangements. After all, if you can't get any material, what use is the rest?

Thanks for your input VD. Maybe amatuer vids are the way to start...but it still doesnt help in finding women to take part..and i have no idea how much they would expect to be paid. Does anyone have any advice on this? Its something i am seriosuly hoping to get started.

Well i want a bb site because it would be great to get busted and share this with other likeminded people i guess..i sure would hope that it stood out from the rest..only time will tell i guess ;)

Just thought it useful to let you know that starting and maintaining a pay site is not easy. However, starting a C4S store is much easier, although you obviously still need to film your content first.
Regarding fee's £100 wouldn't get most pro models out of bed for any duration of shoot, unless they are not very busy and desperate for cash. Amateur girls may be different but I've never worked with any personally. On top of their fee as well it is usually expected that you pay their travelling expenses.
I was fortunate in that I had a wife to start off filming amateur content in the beginning. For those who don't know Kinky Kicks started off as a husband and wife only amateur site and starred only me and Kat. (All original footage is in our members area in the KK Archives area)
We then got friendly with Paul who ran British Bitches, now Ballbusting Universe and attended a couple of their shoots which gave us an insight in to how things work.
Once we made the decision to get other people involved I searched the internet for glamour models and put out a couple of ads on industry forums. I received replies back from one or two girls giving me their rates for filming and it went from there.
Now girls email me wanting to work with us :D
I will also add that Twitter has become a very useful tool for recruiting girls ;)

My advice would be to start off an amateur Clips store and you can evolve depending on the success of your clip sales.

Might I suggest first investing your time and money finding a woman who wants to bust you, without fees?

That way, if the c4s flops, at least you have a buster.

Thanks guys for your input..jedi i think you are right..it might be the best way to start out with amatuer clips..then evolve. I dont know when I will get down to starting making bb clips but you guys will be the first to know!

6) Hire Server / Hosting plan You can start really cheap and upgrade when needed. If you are not 100% broke, this is not a problem.

8) Edit previously filmed content Sure, no problem. Try windows movie maker, its on your windows PC
9) Upload content to server Now this seems almost technically impossible, but if you try hard enough you might just succeed ;) Or you could just download any free FTP client, such as Filezilla. And drag and drop the files from your PC.
10) Create content pages to deliver the movies / photo's. I wonder if apes are actually intelligent enough to perform this task, no kidding, they just might be.
11) Market your content to let people know of your new product. Yes you need spammers like jamesgore and kerrpop to spread the news.
12) Be on standby for customer support for guys that have forgot their password or just can't input it correctly. Or you can automatically send their password to their mail.
13) Plan your next shoots. Yeah thats true.

Thank you mick for that expert cross examination of my idiots guide.
You are absolutely correct in some of those comments. You can start off with budget shared hosting to start out with and many of the tasks listed can be done with little technical knowledge, maybe even by an ape!
My reply wasn't meant to demonstrate that running a pay site requires a certain level of expertise, but more that it can be very time consuming.
Regarding helping members with password recovery we do have the facility for members to automatically retrieve passwords, cancel memberships, etc..but many don't read the support page or members faq and just email support instead of using the self help facility. Some believe they are using the right user / pass combination already but when I check the logs they may have miss-spelt their password or used incorrect case.

I know you and I have different views on piracy and I don't wish this thread to go OT. Personally I don't pursue the removal of KK content because I'm a greedy Nazi. The business is profitable and I don't worry too much of the impact file sharing has on us. I believe that most people that download content for free probably wouldn't pay to join a pay site anyway. However, I believe it is unfair to our paying customers that other people be allowed to download content for free. At the end of the day though it is our investment and so it is our right to recoup whatever we can to justify it.
Occasionally I may let the odd file go, depending on how recent it is. Luckily counter measures I have taken in recent month have shown a significant decline in the most recent KK updates being ripped and posted to forums.

Anyway, I have gone OT. Hopefully the OP has a better insight into what he needs to do.
