The BBC have this report - featured on the front page at one point - about a Rubgy player who took a knee to the nuts during a game but played on.

I wonder if he'd got treatment straight away if they'd have been able to save it - even the delay could have caused him to lose it and I'd imagine it would get a good few more knocks during the rest of the game.
