It’s hard to see the action in this low definition still, but I’ve seen the clip a year or two ago, and I’ve no reason the think this is trickery.

FWIW, and this is just my own personal opinion, I personally do not find it erotic to see a man hang himself by his balls or do anything else to himself. Likewise if it is done by another man.

For me the erotic part comes from seeing a woman do it to a man. That's where the fun comes in. For me she can do just about anything to him, and it's at least potentially erotic for me. In short it's the F-m interaction that's hot.

He is obviously hanging from the scrotum as you can see the skin taught, but his balls don't look as if they are being ****** as hard down in to the bottom of his sac as you would expect. Whether he has somehow tightened the rope enough against his skin that he is hanging just from the friction against the skin I don't know, but it just doesn't look like his balls are being pulled off the way you'd expect if they were bearing all his body weight.

You also don't get a 'top' view, only from 'underneath' - so to speak! You can't tell if the cock is in there as well or if there is anything else taking load.

With the greatest respect, although testicular suspension certainly stretches the scrotum, I don’t think you can dismiss it as a generator of deep ball pain.

Nor do I consider scrotal skin pain outside the scope of this forum; I find slapping gives more skin stinging than deep discomfort.
