First setting the scene: a bloke has had his balls well and truly busted - so they are swollen, and very painful but not ruptured.

Can he be got hard or does the pain stop this?

If he can be got hard - does it really hurt when he cums

and finally, has anyone every had sex with a bloke after they had busted his balls?

I had a pretty bad haematoma and I was able to both get hard and ejaculate without too much pain.
Having sex generally would be more uncomfortable due to the balls banging on your partner as you do the business!
That's if my memory serves me correctly anyway as its been a few years! :)
