Don't know why you would say "Probably prosthetic balls" though. Tons of guys can take that pain and LOVE it. Plus almost no one has prosthetic balls and what fun would it be to get them busted?

Most of the punches are (for want of a better term) against 'thin air' - in other words, the testicles just move out of the way. Of course there is pain like that, but nothing like as much as when a punch drives your nuts against something solid.

That last knee was a good example of that and it really put him out of action.

I've seen this post before and was quite impressed. Prosthetic balls are a possibility, but I've seen guys take some incredible stuff in these vides. I'm more inclined to think this is just a case of balls of steel! Either way, thanks for the vid!
