:) Guessing about this, but those big boxes are like those really cute little "love dice," only instead of a "verb die" & a "body part die," (where one of the dice features verbs (one on each side), and the other die features body parts (one on each side), (and the person rolling the dice follows what the dice say, simply doing the given action to the matching body part of the other person), these are much bigger & a bit kinkier, with a number on each side of one die, and the other die has a type of attack on each side. The attacker, [mistress, girlfriend, etc.] either rolls both dice at the same time or just one at a time. (With the size of those large dice, probably rolling one die & then the other.) Rolling the "attack die," the lady reads the die & finds out what her attack is, and she just dishes out whatever attack the "attack die" happens to land on, aimed at the guy's awaiting crotch, but not before doing just 1 more little bit. Rolling the other die, "number die", the woman finds out one of two big things: How many corresponding attacks she'll shell straight to such a smiling sucker, (err, what I mean is, she will gladly give the grandly grateful and gifted guy, or fun female friendly & fiercely ****** to the foolish, fated, & funny fellow), (or friendly, foxy, and folksy female fearlessly & fiercely flashes forward to four funny, foolish, and fun fellows), or the overall level of effort, strength, force, intensity, & power to use in her ardent, amiable, & amorous attacking. (Probably the number of times she will deliver the particular attack 2 da area.)

So, add [some of, most of, all of] that stuff to the little dice game and you've got a cool, erotic, funny, sexy, interesting, unique game there, which could have a very wide range of appeal, (maybe even for those [guys or girls] who originally wouldn't think of taking part in ballbusting stuff, but since there's more than just ballbusting to this fairly neat little game there, there's more chance that people would be more intrigued by this, even if they aren't fully interested in participating, obviously.
