It is not so interesting from our point of view.
As you can see this lady is not interested in testicles at all.
She only want a hard dick to fuck her, and kids to rise.
In those days almost everything is accepted as long as behave in a "normal" way. If you will tell her that you have a fetish for ball-busting than she won't be so open anymore.
