Hi,

I recently stumbled across this tool for creating non-linear stories, which can be "read"/"played"/experienced in a normal browser and included on a website (no flash or stuff).

Now, I'm not much of a writer. But maybe one of you gifted folks can do something with this.

I've never seen any nonlinear cbt stories, but I bet that could intensify the experience. Somewhere between a normal story and these RPG maker games...

This is awesome. I have been building my own non-linear story engine for a while now, but this might be a good way for me to get started!

Learning more about it this does everything I was wanting (storing variables), minus maybe a save game, but possibly it's as simple as a bookmark or something - I'll keep investigating. Very excited!

Fun! I used to write a lot of text BB games back in the day when I had a tiny old computer. This looks a lot easier than hacking your own engine together from scratch!
