Q on needles in balls

If they pierce the ball sack with needles do they actually pierce it through the testicles? I have seen some pics and it looks like the needles go through the testicles...

I have only had it through the sack - never the testicles.

Yes the testicle can be pierced very easily. It is actually not as painful as it seems. It is more a case of mind over matter. The real danger is to make certaina sterile environment is maintained. Once the needle goes through the ball and comes out the other side it should not be touched since it has to go back into the ball to be withdrawn.

I had a couple of needles pushed into my balls and it is a mind fuck. It really only hurt going through the skin. The ball itself just had a little dull ache. I don't get why, because as we all know if you hit them they sure hurt.
