Does puberty increases the sensitivity of the testicles?

In the first answer here (http://www.answerbag.com/a_view/4872615) is mentioned that testicles become more sensitive after puberty but I haven't heared anything similar before and can't see how this could be true. :confused: Any opinions?

Well, I am no scientist. But I recall being kicked in the nards when I was eight or nine by a girl in our neighborhood. And there was plenty of gasping for breath pain!

If anything I noticed the reverse; gained pain tolerance by experiment
