Have you tried sending him an email? You could send him an email through this site, through KITG, or through any of his other sites.

Wow, I haven't been on here in awhile. Hi! It's me! Knave!
Anyway, I hope you got in touch with me. Commissions are currently closed but once they open up I can add you to the list :)
I'm currently working hard on Millionaire's Daughter IV. I'm 31 pages in and it's looking pretty good (in my opinion) so hopefully people will like it.
