Yesterday I met with my surgeon, a beautiful tall blonde haired ravishing young lady to discuss my forthcoming operation. Next week she will open up my sac and attempt to remove some varicoceles! Well it's all done but my God is it sore down there. Been kicked i the balls a few times but nothing compared to this!! The same surgeon did the op as played with them last time, she must have had a bloody good rummage around in there! She's told me she'll wait a week for the swelling to go down then will give them a complete exam next week. She must love making blokes struggle to sit down easily...
