View Full Version : Swelling after a severe session - has any one else had similar experience?
I had a severe session with kicks and knees from behind. I was very bruised and swollen for about a week or 10- days. It's now been almost 2 weeks, all of the bruising and fluid in the sack is gone. My concern is that one of my testes is still swollen and somewhat hard, still a little tender but not as painful as it originally was. Has anyone else experienced this type of after effects? It's possible that the internal swelling will continue to go down, I'm just not sure how concerned I should be?
I think you should see a doctor, i have had sessions in witch my balls swelled up pretty badly but the swelling went down after an hour or so and it remained a little bit swelled up for 5 days and after that it all went down back to normal, i experienced in those 5 days a liittle bit of fever and my balls began feeling hot ( in a clinical way) at first i was concearned because after the kicking my right ball was 2 or 3 times it's normal size and it was very hard, after we were done we (me and the girl) both looked at my swollen sack, and and we smiled at each other, i could feel a satisfaction, a somwhat proudness on her behalf after what she had done but after that she began feeling concearned as well and was a litlle scared that i might not recover, other times i would swell up and i would tease her, i would say: " look at how big my balls are... look at what you've done... ! You have done this !" Of course i was just teasing her, and then she would get a litlle angry and reply: " it was you that wanted it !!" then i would say: i know, it's all good tho." It's just a little game that we played, now i pay the consequences, of course it's me who pays them she dosen't fell shit, i mean i dosen't hurt her it hurts me.
But seriously you should see an urologist, they specialise in that sort of thing because if the swelling didn't go down after all that time then there must be something wrong, also you should always apply ice on your swollen balls at all times when they swell up even once a day will do. I have heard that if your or my or any other guy's ball gets ruptured then you don't actually see the nut breaking or cut or wathever it just swelles up and it dosen't go down again, hopefully this is not you case. Please excuse my sarcasm in this post, as a fellow ballbustee i really hope you get better...

Yes, go to the doctor! I have had lots of ballbusting sessions, and usually in a few hours swelling is down, and somewhat back to normal.i even had some severe sessions, and was still ok. However, I made a mistake by asking a particularly cruel mistress who really enjoyed destroying men's balls, to give me a severe session. . The fact that she really enjoyed the idea attracted to me more, but she really kicked me harder than I ever have been, and I immediately knew something was wrong. I had to beg her to stop because it went past enjoyment. Swelling didn't go down and I had a "hematoma" which was like internal bleeding on the testicle. It required surgery to fix it. . . If left untreated it could kill the testicle. Fortunately for me it was very early, and not too severe, so all is back to normal. I learned to never ask a domme for a severe session, even if you think you can take it, it's not worth losing your balls permanently. I like other bdsm stuff too, so now I mix it up so I don't have to experience that again.
Thank you both for the advice. I went to the Dr. this morning, he thinks it is a hematoma with residual blood clotting and will take care of itself. He does want me to go in on Monday for an ultrasound to make sure that the testicle did not twist, but it's too late to do anything about that (after 24 hours the nut would most likely be dead). I guess I'll find out more on Monday. He did say "you're one tough cookie", I thought you don't know the half of it to myself.

Thank you for posting this.
Sometimes "cruel" Mistress are inexperienced and do whatever for client satisfaction.
On the other hand we are guilty too because under adrenaline , endrophins effect we just can take much more pain, going beyond safety limit.
Hope you will be OK.
Please keep us inform about ultrasound results.

Thanks for posting this. I'm someone that really doesn't engage in hard ballbusting, but live it vicariously through those that do.
So the question is, how do you tell a doctor of your condition. Do you say something like "I fell down the stairs and landed on my balls on about 20 different steps." ? Or, are you outright honest and tell him that you are a masochist that enjoys getting kicked in your balls? If it's the latter, what kind of responses does one get from doctors?

One could just tell the doctor he hit his balls in an accident while riding a bycicle or a story of some sort, accidents do happen, i've heard on the internet that there was this one guy who hit his balls in an accident on a bycicle and one of his testicles actually ruptured

Why not just say you were doing it for a youtube video contest or something - in this day and age I don't think anyone would be all that surprised. It might actually help a doctor to know the real reasons for the swelling.
I told the Dr. that I got kicked in the balls. He wanted to know how I got such a hard direct hit, was I playing a sport or something. I said "no I was just standing there, and took the kick". He chuckled and said please don't do that again.
Skweezme- I expected it to hurt, what do you think? We all have fantasies and they come with risks, I think we are all aware of that fact so I hope you tone was not condescending. I could get hurt much worse every time I race motocross. Does that mean I shouldn't do it either?
I got the ultrasound earlier today and the doctor just called. He said that everything appeared to be just as he thought, a hematoma with residual clotting, no sign of twisting or rupture. He told me that he consulted a urologist to make sure there was not anything else they would recommend. They both agreed that there was nothing to do, it should take care of itself with a little more time.

Those are very good news for you. That mean everything will be OK after a while.
Would you take this as warning sign? Do you think about not going for BB sessions for a while or do you plan a change in your BB activities?
How old are you?
There are other BB lovers that were force to change BB habits or quit BB activities because of an accident?

Get well soon!
Much the same happened to me years ago, but bare-knuckle punches not kicks.
It took many months to fully heal, but heal it did.
After this I set, and have kept to, three rules.
1. Only BB with a woman you can trust.
2. Always BB nude.
3. Only BB sober.

I've been hooked up with a kink-aware doctor/urologist through a sexuality clinic (varicoceles in my case).. believe it or not such doctors exist. It just kind of takes time and scoping about, and perhaps it depends on where you live in the world.
The last time I went into a random doctor was years ago and I just said I got kicked at a party horsing around. No injury that time, just me being overly cautious, which is probably the better way to go.
Also, seconding Alex's rules, especially the first and third (sober) part.
Thanks everyone!!! It is getting better. It's still large and hard, but the pain is mostly gone. It is a little tender, but not enough to bother me. It will be nice when the internal swelling starts to go down. The left one is only about 3 times larger than the right one, which is all normal at this point.
Sure was a hell of a kick! All right it was more than one and I asked for it...
I can't believe the guys that make the videos with repeated hard kicks go through this every time.
Here's an update for those who are watching.
OK, so it's been 4 weeks since the injury. The pain is completely gone, but the left nut is still hard and swollen. The Nut is still almost 4 inches long and 2 inches wide. The doctor did say it could take a while to heal itself, and Alec Anacondia said his similar injury took "many months to completely heal".
