Hegre Femdom movie - where can I buy a ball clincher like that ?

There is a movie on the Hegre site called Bondage Femdom Massage that shows a blue rubber elastic strap being used to tighten up the victim's balls. I especially like the way she puts it on him, checks it, then tightens it up a little more (about 14 minutes in). The movie is pretty mild but very nice. However does anyone know what these clinchers are called and who sells them ? I've googled various terms with no luck.

Thanks - I realised after posting that I should have been looking for cock straps, not ball clinchers. That's a good looking one.
