So, I'm surprised no-one on here has mentioned this. Apparently from the first of December there are new UK laws meaning it will be illegal to produce and distribute ballbusting (along with a number of other fetishes) in the uk. This means that a lot of he UK studios seem to be closing (BBW, Elise, Kinky Kicks). Does anyone know the actual law? I suppose I have two questions really if anyone knows... 1. Will the sites actually have to close and 2. Will people from the UK still be able to access overseas sites?

sorry for the depressing nature of he post!

Not sure about that, but i did find something out yesterday that scares the shit out of me!
A friends girlfriend who works as a barristor here in the UK told me she has been recieving cases in court over "Child Images", ie "pedos", which is ok until you hear who they are prosecuting as pedos.....
Anyone,i repeat anyone who has a single image on there computer of a child or children, even if they dont now its there. Images that have loaded into the "cache" of peoples browsers where they have mistakenly been lead to a web page were on of a million images might contain a suspect image, or had popups appear on there screen through no fault of there own....Basiclly this means ANY tube site,ANY bulletin board, even this one as any lolicon is also illegal, hell even if you have a pic of your grandkids playing in the garden the police will catourgries you as a "level 3" (?) pedo and try to have you sentenced! She told me most cases are being thrown out by the judges but its not stopping the police trying to convict people ( i am guessing to meet there monthly "quotas" they now have to meet ).....By the way this included ANY images you dont even save,or click on, or even pages pre downloaded for faster browsing (most browsers "pre-fetch" the next page in a website while your viewing the first, even if you dont access that page they will attempt to prosecute! Anyone here own a second hand pc or mobile, did you securlly wipe the flash or hard drive 60 or sevently times, if not there prosecute you too!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If people dont believe me and you know of a criminal lawer ask them, the UK HAS turned into a police state which is more of a terror than any terrorist i can think of!
So in answer to robdeelf1, YES i can well belive its true! i didnt want Scotland to leave the UK but i now wish they did, i think i would have attempted to emigrate to Scotland if they had!!!
Believe me this will only get worse!

Hi, pulling this back from sicko's comment I've found this link:

http://www.vice.com/read/the-end-of-uk-bdsm-282?utm_source=vicetwitterus

And if you go to ballbusting world you can see for yourself. It's a sad time really.

First of all, lets do some actual research, instead of responding to hear say:
It seems you are talking about : Audiovisual Media Services Regulations 2014 (http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2014/2916/pdfs/uksi_20142916_en.pdf) (<- link (http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2014/2916/pdfs/uksi_20142916_en.pdf))

As I am not skilled at explaining law, please read this:
http://sexandcensorship.org/2014/11/alert-new-atvod-anti-porn-censorship-law-arrive-1st-december/

Basically it states that all adult material produced and sold in the UK must be rated (R18) by the ATVOD.
Material that is not rated, or not approved is automatically considered illegal and the people involved are up for criminal prosecution.

SO...
The UK government finally sees that personal freedom has got terribly our of hand.
People now form online communities in which they share their sexual perversions !
Clearly this threatens the moral values of society as a whole and must be dealt with in the only appropriate way: criminal prosecution of those involved.
( FOR THE IDIOTS: PLEASE SMELL THE SARCASM, IT IS SO STRONG YOU CAN TASTE IT !!! )

We are all adults here and I like to believe that UK legislators are too.
So lets have an honest and open political debate on WHY -> Why is this law needed ? Why is this law a good thing ?
Please tell me why ! And I am open-minded !
I actually hope you can convince me, because I like to see the UK as a democratic country instead of an aristocratic dictatorial society.

So please do some more research. ( I feel like I spent enough of my time on this topic )
And provide us with the names of the people who are behind this change of law, so we can have an open political debate on WHY !

Normally I like to add to paranoia ! Troll 4 life ! :D
But honestly there is not much to worry about here.
If 'they' and I am talking about the ones who are in more powerful positions than you in society, wish to prosecute you and destroy your life for any random reason, they can and they will.
So this will be just another option added to their long list of 'valid' options society has provided them, to randomly attack you as an individual.

However if you are in a position of power yourself. E.g.: you can afford yourself an expensive lawyer.
You have nothing to worry about. Trust me you will not go to jail for this.

I am more worried the other way around: if for some reason a laptop filled with child abuse material ends up on the chief's desk of the vice squad.
And after examination it appears it belongs to a very powerful and influential person. There will be no criminal prosecution, trust me !

I have no trust that legislation will actually be able to stop pedophiles in power, because of the corrupt society we live in.
Pedophiles in power can and will just continue to damage a whole new generation of children growing up.
Unless you as a parent put a bullet between their eyes ! That is the only justice that serves them right !

And let me clarify my statement above to the pedophiles reading this message of hate: I do not hate you, because you were born with a sexual deviation.
You have every right to live as human being as we all do. I even have deep respect for you as a human being if you are able to suppress those feelings.
But the moment you decide to damage my children by sexual abuse, I will send you to hell, even if I have to bring you there myself !
And I do not care if it is a man , a woman or a transsexual, all people who sexually abuse children need to be destroyed !

I think it's one of those laws governments pass to give the perception their doing something about a problem, while actually doing nothing. There is a scandal in Britain about the diabolical behavior of celebrity rapists and child molesters who got away with it for years because they were celebrities, and I suspect this law is a response to that. But really it doesn't mean much, it applies to online video (so not my ballbusting art, happily) and only to content produced in the UK. See more here, http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/a-long-list-of-sex-acts-just-got-banned-in-uk-porn-9897174.html
And it's truly daft! It will do nothing to protect children from abuse, and some of the 'perversions' it forbids being filmed are amazing. Facesitting, for example. It's all a con, so the government can claim they've acted to protect children, when they've done nothing, but they hope it will convince people.

I know i woffle on sometimes, but the info i receieved was from an actual practising barister who just had a case of the police trying to convict someone for possession of child images when it was just a "pre-fetched" web page image that he didnt even know was on his pc because he blocked the pop ups before that particuliar image was displayed on screen.I dont know about you but my pop up blocker must block hundreds of images i know nothing about, and she told me she gets on avarage 3 cases a week like this. If only one goes through thats an innocent person in jail if not killed, that scares me, hell i cant afford a thousand pound a minute lawyer to argue my case! Its madness, and believe me it will only get worse as time goes by.....My Cas-tration fetish is on the edge as it is, i can see that one being next, then ballbusting, then any femdom, its always a slippery slope.....
Like i said i dont support pedo, but it wasnt long ago if you were gay you could and were arrested, science proved its a actual medical fact and now they are not killed or arrested, what will we discover in another 50 years about pedos? I just hate nazis thats all, if someone does wrong to another they should be punished, but punishing somebody for what they might do......thats just wrong! And what consenting adults get up to together shouldnt be any one elses business at all!!!!
Terror laws are a good example. No more protesting outside parliment, the ability to contain suspects for days, then weeks and now proposed months without charge. Does anyone remember the IRA? They were only accross the irish channel and consisted of thousands of individuals but we didnt have such "terror powers" brought in to detain and spy on people, yet ISIS and the rest are less in number and the other side of the world!
Sorry but pedo numbers are the same as there ever were, and terrorists numbers are the same as well yet freedom of the innocent keep getting taken away bit by bit i just dont understand why people dont see it?

Lol oops sorry guys i started moaning again lol. I just can see so many parralls with the Rome empire,Nazis,Starlin, and its just dam worrying!

The big problem with this law is that it makes no distinction between consensual content and non-consensual. As if, in the eyes of these censors, these acts are simply all non-consensual. What's worse, is the British government has now inserted itself into the determination of consent with a very narrow perspective, and is potentially in a position where it can overrule the individual's consent.

These rules will be endlessly challenged in court, as they have in the past; and if Britain is the decent society it claims to be, they will be overturned. Otherwise, this is just the beginning.

I've been watching what's been happening in the UK and it's just awful. Things have been degrading over here in the US as well, in a slightly different form though. This, for example:
http://www.npr.org/blogs/thetwo-way/2014/09/29/352482932/california-enacts-yes-means-yes-law-defining-sexual-consent

And hooray, there's even an app:
http://www.laweekly.com/informer/2014/09/30/yes-means-yes-sex-app-is-here

The people in power want to take our liberties, and the average moron is eager to give them away. Not sure who I hate more.

Thanks for the update. The only silver lining I see from this protest is that these guys are not getting face-sitting-sessions,....... for free.

This is a classic case of big brother. If consenting adults want to do this, I don't see any harm in it
