Did a woman really cut off the same penis twice?

Reading this story that seemed to be all over the place in January, but hadn't heard about it. Seems some woman cut the penis off her cheating boyfriend, and when he went to the hospital and got it reattached, she came into the room and cut if off AGAIN.

Can this actually be true?
