How are you? Yes, what you described is a "turn-on" for me as well. Unlike many here, women laughing (or otherwise reveling) at a man's testicular agony, holds no appeal for me. Certainly, this is true for real life incidents. You are correct in that, there are few cinematic examples of women assisting men stricken with excruciating testicular pain. However, a couple come to mind.

"THE HOUSE ON CARROLL STREET" (Orion, 1988) features heroine, Kelly McGillis assisting Jeff Daniels after, he has been kneed in his bollocks by a thug. Also, "THE SERPENT AND THE RAINBOW" (Universal, 1988) features Cathy Tyson, (a physician in the film) having helped Jeff Daniels (a doctor and pharmaceutical researcher). Daniels has had something resembling a chisel (or railroad spike) driven thru his sac by the film's villain. It must have been especially awkward for Daniel's character, as he and Tyson's character had only recently become lovers. Additionally, there is the Russ Meyer film, "BENEATH THE VALLEY OF THE ULTRA-VIXENS" (Signal 166, 1979). Kitten Natividad is a housewife whose husband is obsessed with entering thru "the backdoor"... if you know what I mean. He "presses" the issue VERY forcefully (once, too often I suspect) and she delivers a mighty kick to the "crown jewels" and storms out. Some hours later, (after presumably calming down) she returns to find her husband still incapacitated and in pain. She runs cold water over a washcloth and tries to ease his agony.

I am not certain where, you can find these clips. If any more scenes come to mind, I shall be in touch. Honestly, the few films out there, tend to show women reacting sympathetically, rather than actually assisting a fellow struck in the gonads. I hope, I was helpful.
