Basically they've been "fractured" and repaired so many times, the repairs come back much stronger and making them almost indestructible.

Actually the micro fractures referred to in the video pertain to the pelvic bone, not the nads. All the video says about the nads is that they toughen up. No explanation of how that happens is given.

This video made me cringe! Even though, I do not possess testes!lol However, I have seen enough testicular injuries, for this video to make me momentarily queasy.

I understand the micro-fractures but, 'his balls just toughening up', doesn't seem like a very fair answer...
