I tried 0.8/1.6 mm needles penetration, and now I want to try 3 mm stainless steel (316) nail, any suggestions will be helpful, including:
1. preparation
2. erection maintaining. Is it possible to jerk off with a nail through your testicle? When using 1.6 mm needle, I found the pain too sharp to keep erection.
3. wound treatment. Antibiotic is enough?
4. recover period, pain duration
