The problem is that the Kindle "app" isn't available in my country. :confused:
Of course I understand that the book is ghost written by someone here, but I'd still like
to read it. I'd be happy to pay for it. :)

Anyway you can sell it or get it for me? I'm sure someone should be able to copy it,
