I think he's talking about a video from Lady Dominique called Hammered Balls.
It's a German clip from 10 years ago. I've only seen a few videos of hers for sale, so maybe she didn't do a lot of video work. But the few I've seen are really good. She's clearly an expert at hurting balls.

In Hammered Balls she rolls a couple of condoms on each of the guy's testicles, isolating them tightly. Then she's got her oiled up gloves on and rolls and squeezes the balls in her hands.
