He finds it trivial and amusing, but what risk of one actually turning round and sues him for said six figure sum- plus costs. Much risk? :thumbup

Some courts do not take kindly to unnecessarily tying up the court for frivolous law suits. If no justifiable cause for the complaint can be ascertained, the judge *could* impose sanctions on the plaintiff.
