Congatulations. I have a couple of those little consequences myself. Come to think of it, they are not so little any more. Maybe my wife will want to fool around a little more now with some different consequences.

It's also proof that you can have your balls busted and still have children. This particular one was probably only a relatively light bust because my wife rarely doesn't bust me very heavily except for the rare occasion but I have had heavy busts in the past.
