I have some doubt about medical examination of testicles

I have some doubt about medical examination of testicles. While coughing should the testicles move up and down, what is it done for really. Recently I went for a medical examination the doctors checked like this. Anybody pls clear my doubts.

I had a female Doc once do this to me. She was very attractive but unfortunatley I got extremely nervous and, well, lets just say I had some major shrinkage. very embarrasing. I had a hernia scar which I told her about and said it was hard to see but she said "Oh, I'll find it". I wish I had been a little older and not so shy. I probably would have made an ass of myself anyway. Anyone ever asked a Doc. to squeeze harder?

Once in fifth or sixth grade all of us boys had to go to the school nurse and she'd
check that our balls had descended the way they're supposed to. She was an old
hag, but naturally she had to have a good looking trainee nurse in the room while
doing the checking. Pete, the most retarded bully in our class, was very nervous
and while he stood there he felt a hard on coming on. The old hag just took a
ruler and whacked him over his dick, resulting in an rapid decrease in size...

Needless to say, when the rest of us found out about it we laughed our asses of.
Had it been me I'd change name and move to another city. :)
