women in martial arts

I've ever practiced karate for many years. There are some ballbusting techniques. These techniques also thaught to women. I wonder which martial arts have the most ballbusting techniques? Does the martial art has many women students?
i really interested in self defense ballbusting and really hope to be busted by women with martial art skills. can you help me?
