I would like to capture video on Youtube , which is in Flash (swf) format, as a video format, avi or mpeg or something.

I'm a believer in free software.

Any suggestions?

Mozilla Firefox has one add-on to do that. it ś Video downloader1.0

It's only a beta version (called 1.0) ;)
