Its a good way to disipate the sensations uncomfortable or painful from a bust. I'm not too aware of it during a bust but some women like it and it is a good indicator for her to know the level of impact she is having on you. rom a media perspective, it add a additional dynamic to any production.
I am not a screamer by nature, but in one of my productions to be added to my site in autumn, I must have been in the mood for testing my vocal cords.:thumbup :D ;)
