Its been around for a while now and some of the commands can be quite sexy :)

I've used this to come up with a little game to play with my bf - he gets a set of cards and turns one over so I can see it, then I do the action, either on myself or on him, depending. Our commands are more intimate though, and iterspersing bb with little roleplays can get quite exciting.
