Why can't I...?

Pretty ambiguous title. Anyway I'm new here so i'll use this thread to say (or ask) two things.

Firstly, Hi there :)
Secondly, I was trying to look at some thumbnails posted on the site and keep getting sent to a page that is telling me I "might" be trying to edit someone elses post and that I do not have the priviledges to do so, even if in reality I am only trying to look at a few images.

Can anyone help me out? Is it normal that I can't look at images posted on the forum?
