required initial login message

I am new to this site.

I received a "Welcome" email that said (among other things):
2. Do not use your account just to watch images on the forum. Post on the forums before you are able to see attachments.
Many join the free posting board just to view attachments.
3. Post a message on the forum when you log in for the first time we will delete registrations which are not active at all.

Does this message comply with requirement #3?
I still can not see attachments.
Any comments.

OMFG. I really, HONESTLY, can NOT believe how many times I have read messages like this. I mean just how stupid are most people. PLease someone tell me PLEASE. How hard is it to understand that if u just say "hi" then dash off to look at the pics that they are NOT going to be seen that quickly. PLUS, I mean this is the part were I really DO start worrying if half the people here have the required IQ to even be able to breath, but I have read many times posts that say "I know u have to post to see the pics, but I still cant." Well like DUH if this is ur first post, how can u be talking about having posted and not being able to see pics. REALLY.

Hey where's the pics? I just signed up and I can't see the pics! Haha, joke.

Well my IQ is quite high thank you. I think most guys reading this site have already gone into "dick=hard -> deal with immediately" mode. So they're looking for the pics to "deal with it".

The email you send out on registration could explain a bit more about why you've implemented the policy (yeah it's obvious, but it wouldn't harm to explain it again). Maybe add a link for people to click on so they can go straight to an "introductions" thread?

Just a thought.

P.S. I'm not sure it requires IQ to breathe. That's your limbic system takes care of that, separate part of the brain.:)

As for your suggestion; I dont think it would help much. You can tell some people something in teh minutest detail, and some will always still ask questions that will be answered. I just get pissed off with the SAME question being asked her day after day after day after ....................

before you jump down someone's throat, you should recognize that some people are not like you (shock!)

yes, it is moronic and stupid to make a first post to that degree, and probably deserves flames...

but i'm with the guy on this one, i don't have the time to become a part of this 'tight knit' community about ballbusting, and frankly i don't want to, even if i had the time.

why? discussing ball busting with other guys is NOT part of the thrill, for me.

discussing with girls? sure. however, 98% of the 'girls' on the internet are guys, and that kind of shatters the dream.

anyhow, long story short, some of us would just rather look at some pictures. is that so wrong? is that /really/ dragging down the bandwidth?

i hail from an early era of online BB site, when velvet kick was 100% free, and yoda was an awesome guy.

times have changed, and it is very very rare to find some free ballbusting content, and i was lucky to have been around back then...

why do we need to be so commercial about this now? really, it's the reason i haven't been in the 'scene' in so long...

anyway, i digress, i understand people need to pay their bills, and they need to be able to pay the models, and such... i just miss the old days, and i'm not even that old...

i am a member of a couple other forums, with some limits to get access to some of the arcade games and such (similar motivating factors for excessive posting)...

to me, having quotas, and requiring members make X posts only causes the members who want the content to make a basic attempt and post a bunch of crap noone wants to read, and dredging up long-dead threads just to up their post count...

in advance, i apologize.

i don't have the time to sift through 100s of posts from a single thread to make a worthwhile contribution, so i will likely be dredging some up, since i have been looking for good BB cartoons for a while (ever since Knave first posted his at that site that temporarily harbored poor VK fans)

I am gald I am not like him, and I honestly fail to see what that has to do with anything HE said or that I said in return. I was new here once, but unlike SOME people I followed the rules, is that soooooooooooooooo bad, that I need sarcasm thrown at me ???

While ur arguement that there are more men on the net than women may have been valid 5 or 6 years ago, that is no longer true, there are now more men than women, about 55% to 45%. Mosty men, however, dont WANT more women on teh NEt, they WANT to be able to say that most women are guys coz they just cant handle girls being into kinky stuff, so label the girls that DO talk as men and most of the girls just leave, as I have done off a LOT of boards :)
