The real central theme is surgical ********** performed by a girl or a woman, but the sleeves thing is very important too. I liked that too. Unfortunatley I don't think the girl is talking about what you think she is talking about. There is an episode of the show "Dirty Jobs" where it's about castrations and there is a ********** of a horse if I am not mistaken, and when they cut the outer membrane that covers the testicle, it suirts out some liquid, but it's just water or some other kind of fluid, it's obviously not sperm. This "sport" seems to involve several different skills. Participants look like they're running a race while wearing what looks like a worn out feed sack, and they run it while carrying a raw bull testicle in their mouth and leading a dog. I'm not sure what else to say.

The person how created the vídeo of the car crushing a testicle, I really think it's a guy.
The one who sent the girls the challenge was ME. Most of them didn't post the reaction video, but I know they sure whatched it, and I wonder what they don't want people to see about their reaction and that's why they didn't post it. Hey just a thought, though obviously ask her how she feels about it :), you could use a mask similar to one of those larger "masquerade masks" I know that some people seem to use them when they wish to hide their identity and actually do a rather good job at it and making it should you chose such a route can also be a fun thing to do together for a good rather enjoyable thing to do together along as you don't get it in anyone's hair or such haha (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mx2iB2ciMcc). When she dropped them on the floor they bounced just a little and she laughed about it. She might enjoy bouncing them, on the floor or on a table.
And they would bounce more if boiled. If you ever decide to try boiling one ball, boile them in water but not too hot because they will pop while boiling if too hot. The 2 you have left were already beaten badly so they might not bounce as much.

I watched the crushing video more closely and at one point she says that it is strange the balls came from two different cows, and then you said maybe even more. And she also asked about what was the epididymis in the squeezing video.
